Terms of Service

By accessing or using EvilMail ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

EvilMail provides temporary disposable email addresses, custom domain email hosting, DNS management, and related API services. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

You agree not to use the Service for: - Sending spam, phishing, or malicious emails - Harassment, threats, or illegal activities - Violating intellectual property rights - Distributing malware or harmful content - Circumventing security measures of other services - Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use.

Temporary email addresses are ephemeral and will be automatically deleted after the selected TTL expires. We do not guarantee delivery of emails to temporary addresses. All data associated with expired sessions is permanently deleted.

Paid plans provide additional features as described on our pricing page. Payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers. Service access may be restricted if payment fails or an invoice remains unpaid.

API access is subject to rate limits based on your plan. Excessive or abusive API usage may result in temporary or permanent access restrictions. API keys are confidential and must not be shared or exposed in public code repositories.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process data as described therein. We are not responsible for the content of emails received through the Service.

EvilMail shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users or through a notice on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period. All data associated with your account may be deleted 30 days after termination.
