When you use EvilMail's temporary email service without an account, we collect only your IP address for rate limiting purposes. This data is automatically deleted when your session expires. When you create an account, we collect your username and optionally your email address. Payment information is processed by our third-party payment provider (Paylix) and is never stored on our servers.

Your data is used solely for providing and maintaining the EvilMail service: - IP addresses are used for rate limiting and abuse prevention - Account credentials are used for authentication - Email content in temporary inboxes is stored only for the duration of your session TTL - API usage logs are retained for billing and service monitoring

Temporary email sessions and all associated data (emails, mailbox contents) are automatically deleted when the session expires. Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

We use Cloudflare for DNS and DDoS protection. Payment processing is handled by Paylix. We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to any other third parties.

We use essential cookies only — session cookies for temporary email access and authentication cookies for registered accounts. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics, or advertising cookies.

You have the right to access, modify, or delete your personal data. For temporary email sessions, data is automatically purged on expiration. For registered accounts, contact us to request data export or account deletion.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), secure session management, and isolated mail storage. Email content is stored on encrypted volumes and automatically purged according to retention policies.
